Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Mandaluyong City.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategic leadership role in:

• Financial management and accounting functions
• Operational Business Decision-Making
• Capex initiatives, Working Capital Management
• Scenario Planning and Cost Control across the Division

Principal Accountabilities

• Overall financial management and accounting functions
• Lead the division in operational / financial matters
• Partnering with the business team to provide them with financial and management support and ensure timely and accurate reports
• Annual Budget and Forecast exercise
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows, predicting future trends and budgeting
• Liaise with Auditor, Company Secretary and Tax consultant on all statutory reporting and filing
• Negotiate & renewal of insurance policies
• Review, streamline, standardize and recommend new or improvements to operational, financial and business processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, compliance and controls for the company
• Work closely with HODs and Management on P&L Performance and review Risks/Issues
• Develop and implement internal controls and ERP systems
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Key Experience and Skills
Qualification and Experience

• Degree in Accounting
• Possess Chartered / Certified Accountant professional qualification
• Minimum 7 years of experience in similar capacity and in Retail industry
• Experience in leading the Department

Skill Sets

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/SAP Systems
• Good communication, written and inter-personal skills
• Leadership & People Management skill

Pay: Php140,000.00 - Php160,000.00 per month
