Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand General Manager located in Mandaluyong City.
Main Responsibilities
A. Establish Marketing Strategy

• Plan, develop and direct marketing efforts for a particular brand or product
• Create strategies to take advantage of market opportunities
• Assist integration of campaigns with brand consistency
• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
• Develop brand standards and usage guidelines Work in team to prepare Marketing Plan and A&P Budget yearly, quarterly & monthly.

B. Product Management

• Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolio, determine new products and delete underperforming products
• Responsible for managing product portfolio, as well as defining the positioning strategies for those products
• Forecast initial launching quantity of new product through analyzing local marketability and performance of existing similar products

C. Establish Promotion Strategy of Product

• Develop localized marketing communication point and beauty routine
• Select product and category for local promotion through market analysis

D. Conduct Market Research/intelligence

• Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• Evaluate and deliver local opinion when developing new products (concept, contents, product name, etc.)

E. Manage Brand Assets

• Supervise brand content
• Manage access to brand assets

Qualification and Experience

• Graduated as bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• 8-10 years experience in product management and/or product marketing experience in beauty industry preferred
• Ability to understand market trends, financial data and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data
• Strong result-orientation and ability to execute and measure programs and campaigns
• Ability to work well on various teams and act as team leader when appropriate
• Ability to put together and execute marketing plan based on marketing concepts
• Efficient and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Previous experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus
• Fluent in English and Filipino
• Excellent presentation skill
• High level of numerical reasoning/analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Proficient verbal and written Korean/English communication is favorable

Pay: Php130,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
