JOB TITLE: KOL MANAGER
ABOUT THE JOB:
We’re looking for an experienced KOL Manager to drive execution of the marketing plans: to oversee the brand experience across all online and offline platforms, and translate marketing strategies into actions.
Our ideal candidate will need to uncover consumer insights to shape and communicate our vision and mission across all of our brand’s channels, products, and campaigns. Sounds like you? Join us.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ● Identify and build relationships with local celebrities, KOLs , affiliates, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote the company in the local market, aiming to achieve user growth and trading volume growth.

● Maintain strong relationships with celebrities, KOLs, and marketing channels to foster long-term cooperation.
● Execute and manage the marketing strategy involving celebrities, KOLs, and affiliates, track and analyze cooperation results, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
● Stay informed about local industry developments, trends, and competitor strategies, and take corresponding actions.
● Find suitable celebrities, KOLs, and affiliates and develop different cooperation strategies based on their influence levels.
● Oversee activities related to celebrities, KOLs, and affiliates, including promotion and collaboration on social media platforms such as Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, ensuring consistency and effective communication of brand messages.
Requirements:
● Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
● 2-3 years of experience in coordinating with KOLs, preferably in the lifestyle category.
● Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
● In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing within the industry.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Passionate about the pet supply industry.
● Fluent in English.
● Able to work well under pressure and excels in execution.
