E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

· Contacting potential or existing customers via phone, email, or chat (when applicable).
· Will handle Tik Tok/Shopee/Lazada customer service.
· Arranging phone meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate and/or present products.
· Verifies and updates customer information, respond to queries, and resolves issues.
· Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information using the highest quality customer service standards.
· Accurately document and update records and databases in accordance with prescribed formats and required systems.
· Performs a variety of transactions ranging from data entry, updating records, invoices, and claims to verify information and closing transactions.
· Follow up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain optimum service levels and customer relations.
· Where applicable, communicate with the customer to resolve any account questions or inquiries.
· Communicate feedback and progress to management.
· Maintain diplomacy and tact when dealing with upset or escalated calls.
· Escalate customer complaints and/or calls through the appropriate channel to management.
· Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Local laws and regulations as directed by management or during training.
· Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
· Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
· With at least 5 years experience in any of the following: Retail, E-Commerce Email- Chat Support Account
· With strong analytical skill and attention to details
· Proven work experience as a customer representative or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
· Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
· Familiarity with online shopping processes, payment gateways, and shipping procedures.
· Empathy and patience in dealing with customers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
· Ability to adapt to changing customer demands, industry trends, and technological advancements.
· Willing to work at Accralaw Tower 30th ST BGC Taguig City
CAN START IMMEDIATELY
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
