Position Overview:
The Finance Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with knowledge on TRADING processes including payments and others.
Responsibilities:

• Closely works with the Finance and Admin Manager
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance and support to department managers and senior management.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and best practices.
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit and tax filing processes, liaising with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing training, guidance, and support to drive performance and success.
• Monitor and analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month – (kindly advise on the offer)
