KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Send monthly sales reports and billing statements for each client.
• Create invoices for sales (wholesale or B2C transactions).
• Update accounts receivable database regularly.
• Preparation and issuance of Official Receipts(OR).
• Calculate, process invoices, verify financial data and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization.
• Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files.
• Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensuring that all return refund processes have been processed accordingly.
• Files claims as necessary (e.g. damaged package by the courier, lost parcel etc).

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Accountancy, Business Administration, Commerce or other related field
• With background in billing, collection, claims and accounts payable, but not required
• Excellent English and Tagalog speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to detail
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, internet, etc.)
• Willing and eager to learn and deliver the extra mile
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment in cross functional team
