QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience at Supervisory level.
- Financial Statements, Accounting skills, and Auditing experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point and experience in using ERP system, particularly Quick Books.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Checking of Sales Invoice and Billing
- BS and IS Analysis and closing of GL
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Monthly analysis for all asset related account
- Manage month end and year-end closing
- Responsible in the preparation of Financial Statements, Subsidiary Ledgers, Financial Analyses, and Reports for Management
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies and procedures, and Philippines Tax Laws and Regulations
- Assist Finance Manager in presenting to management the monthly Financial Performance.
- Support in Tax Audit
- Prepare all requirements needed by internal and external auditor.
- KPI Monitoring and Management
- Other tasks that can be assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
