· Assists and supports fs in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes and follow -up with relevant parties.
· Assists in the mobilization and de-mobilization of the crewing department including flight tickets, visa application, hotel accommodation, etc.
· Keeps a record list of crew embarkation/disembarkation from designated fleet
· Coordinate and ensure that candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence, certificate/qualification documents).
· Assists on all crew issues
· Perform data-entry, recording, printing, and filing duties.
· Maintain a proper, accessible and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the team and department.
· Assists in any ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as and when required.
· Perform other tasks and duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
