· Monitor and acknowledge emails from vessel/client.
· Supervises Fleet Documentation Officer in accomplishing tasks needed for crew change.
· Managing crew change for allocated vessels.
· Communicates with port agents for crew change.
· Compilation and management of sea staff contracts.
· Manage travel, visa and relevant joining documentation requirement.
· Crew management using the company crew management system (CMS) crew inspector.
· Payroll administration and submission for managed vessels to ensure all crew are paid on time and correctly.
· Constant communication and interaction with crews including regular vessel visits.
· Keeping informed of all statutory manning regulations and any relevant changes.
· Establishing manning requirements through a solid manpower plan.
· Verification of seafarer certifications and qualifications.
· Liaising with the Fleet Manager for interview and approval of candidates.
· Establishing and maintaining relationships with crewing agencies.
· Establishment and management of a seafarer pool which can be drawn from to man managed vessel, support other operations in the region and new start-up projects and contracts.
· Maximize crew availability by constantly reviewing crew movements and maintaining contact with off - duty crew.
· Management of crew certification and validity and expiries.
· Ensuring pre-joining routines for returning crew are properly managed.
· Ensuring pre-joining routines for new-joining crews are properly managed and sufficient time is allocated for assessment/evaluation, company inductions, and company safety systems familiarizations.
· Ensure crew leave cycles are properly managed and that crew are relieved on time.
· Ensure all crew joining the vessel have completed required training before embarking.
· Determine gaps in training against the company training matrix.
· Perform other tasks and duties that may be assigned by the Fleet Manager.

Pay: Php29,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month
