As an intern in Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. This is not your typical HR internship – you will have truly meaningful projects to work on. All our HR roles provide the chance to define your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results. At this internship, your projects will deliver leading edge deep understanding in areas such as employee engagement, benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, training and development etc.

Job Qualifications

• You are available to take in an Internship on May/June 2025
  
• Your graduation date must be July 2025 onwards
  
• You must be able to commit a full-time internship (3x a week onsite)
  
• You are a top talent, current university student that preferably has less than one-two years to graduate and is interested in the field of brand management and marketing
  
• You display strong teamwork, analytical skills, and a problem solving or solutions-oriented mindset especially when confronted with issues
  
• You have experience working with groups through formal or informal positions of leadership (ex. student organization, varsity, thesis)
  
• You are able to use your analytical ability to derive insights from data and come up with business or organizational decisions
  
• You are driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to consistently deliver strong results
  
• You are comfortable collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds and experiences
  
• You have strong passion to continuously stretch yourself to learn new things and grow as a professional
  
• You take initiative and show flexibility
  
• Legally eligible to work in the Philippines
