What would your role look like?

• Leading and managing commercial projects that contribute to our smoke-free future. This would mean ownership to brand launches or be that key person to critical business decisions.
  
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and team members to develop and implement innovative Commercial strategies and be able to ensure flawless execution of initiatives.
  
• Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to craft data-driven decisions.
  
• Participating in leadership training and development sessions to hone your skills. Either through field/site immersions, on-the-job and classroom trainings, all for your personal and professional growth.
  
• Driving initiatives that support our digital transformation and omni-channel approach.
  

Who are we looking for?
We are on the lookout for strong, driven and highly curious individuals who meet the following criteria:

• A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA degree would be a distinct advantage.
  
• Proven 5-8 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, and digital.
  
• Outstanding analytical, communication, presentation, and social skills.
  
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies.
  
• A keen interest in gaining an in-depth understanding of commercial operations.
  
• Mobility for assignments within the Philippines for the program
