Position Overview: The Foreman Electrician will oversee the electrical maintenance and management projects within our solar power plant. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance projects to ensure the facility operates efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the maintenance team to support the long-term reliability and performance of the plant’s electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• System Upgrades: Identify and implement electrical system upgrades and improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of the solar power plant.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage electrical maintenance projects to ensure timely and successful completion, adhering to budget and safety standards. Handle all stages of Engineering Design & technical issues related to Solar PV power plants and Solar PV main equipment including Construction, Commissioning, Project Management, Risk Management & Contract Management
• Facility Maintenance: Develop and oversee maintenance schedules for electrical systems, including solar panels, inverters, and other related equipment.
• Troubleshooting and Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis and troubleshooting of electrical issues to develop solutions and prevent future problems.
• Collaboration: Lead and coordinate with all stakeholders including: client, joint venture, consultant, contractors, suppliers, internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects and maintenance activities are completed smoothly and in alignment with plant goals.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all maintenance and project activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and local/national codes.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of projects, maintenance activities, and system performance. Prepare detailed reports and presentations as needed. Submit a weekly and monthly report for project updates and as such identify and develop action plans to mitigate the risk that will affect the project completion

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on facility maintenance and management in a solar energy power plant
• Certification: Registered Electrical Engineer. Proven track record of successfully managing solar projects. Strong knowledge of local statutory rules and regulations related to solar energy projects.
• Location: Preferably residing in Maragondon, Cavite or willing to be deployed.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and project management skills including budgeting, scheduling and with the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional team environment
• Skills: Technical expertise in solar energy systems and technologies, with strong project management skills with experience in overseeing electrical maintenance projects. Proficiency in electrical systems and components, especially in a solar power context.
• Safety Practices: Familiarity with environmental and safety standards.
