About the job:
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will possess flawless English language skills. This is crucial as our target audience demands clear and effective communication. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients globally.
Key Responsibilities:

• International Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients across various countries.
• Clear Communication: English and minimal accent to ensure clear and effective communication with our international audience.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients through professional and personalized communication.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate an understanding of different cultures and adapt communication styles accordingly.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Perfect English language skills with minimal to no accent. Clear and articulate communication is essential.
• Experience: Previous experience in outbound calls or a similar role, preferably with international accounts, is highly desirable.
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet the needs of international clients.
• Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to varying sales strategies and market conditions across different international regions.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team and contribute to overall sales objectives.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
