Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Officer to join our team in Makati. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, creating content, and analyzing market trends to drive business growth. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in communication, creativity, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive company objectives and enhance brand presence.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels to ensure effectiveness and achieve set goals.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for marketing materials, including digital platforms, social media, and print.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and optimize social media activities to engage with the target audience and boost brand visibility.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and improve marketing efforts.
• Event Coordination (traditional marketing): Plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows and webinars, managing all logistics and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
• Handling Team Members: Guide, supervise, and manage marketing members helping boost productivity and achieve department goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of proven work experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. (Copywriting & Content Creation)
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Experience with content management systems and graphic design is a plus.
• Experience in handling small to medium sized marketing teams

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month
