About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Driver to join our team at One Outsource Direct Corporation. This position is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As an Executive Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient and professional transportation services to our senior executives and other VIP clients.
What you'll be doing

• Safely operate a range of vehicles to transport passengers to their desired destinations
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure the comfort and satisfaction of all passengers
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, and drive defensively to prevent accidents
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, fuel monitoring, and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of assigned vehicles (carwash 2x a month)
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to coordinate travel schedules and logistics
• Provide updates and feedback on any issues or concerns related to transportation services
• Prepare itinerary for everyday trips
• Prepare reimbursements

Requirements

• Valid professional driver's license with clean driving record
• Previous experience as a driver, particularly in a corporate or executive setting
• Proficiency in driving various types of vehicles, including luxury cars, SUVs, and sedans
• Excellent knowledge of the local road network and traffic patterns in Metro Manila
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems
• Strong defensive driving skills and a clean driving record
• High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and schedules
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with executives and other staff
• Reliability and punctuality
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the executive's schedule
