Role Description
The Marketing Support Specialist will aid the Marketing Lead in implementing company-wide marketing strategies and operations. This role focuses on brand development, customer engagement, and lead generation, while also conducting market research to identify new opportunities for BPO services.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company-wide brand and sales targets.
• Support the Marketing Lead in managing the marketing team and driving innovative marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify potential sectors and regions for selling our BPO services.
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to help create effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and platforms.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns.
• Prepare reports and presentations on marketing performance and research findings for the Marketing Lead.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Strong proficiency in market research methodologies and analysis to identify opportunities for BPO services.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics effectively.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies, digital marketing, and customer relationship management.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
