Your Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via voice and chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate information and help to customers about online streaming services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues.

Needed Qualifications:

• Must have at least 6 Months of BPO Voice & Chat International Experience
• College graduate without experience.
• Must be amenable to working from site
• Must be amenable to work in one of our Manila sites.
