Currently, we are seeking a versatile Business Analyst to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely for our esteemed client in the banking industry.
Our clients are major banks in the Philippines, and big financial companies and international banks located in Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, New Zealand, USA, and UK.
Initially with a focus to be an industry leader in providing our clients quality technology resource solutions in the:

• Cards/Payments
• Core banking and
• Risk management system domains

Whilst these domains remain our strength, we have continued to grow our service offerings in recent years to align with industry advances and to meet our client needs in the ongoing evolvement of :

• Digital, Micro Services and cloud technologies
• Development and agile methodologies
• Information management and
• An increased focus on customer experience

Role Overview:
Front-End Development Skills:

• HTML: Structure and layout of web pages.
• CSS: Styling and presentation of web pages.
• Java Script: Programming language for dynamic web content and user interactions.
• Front-end Frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js for building complex user interfaces.
• UI/UX Design: Basic understanding of user interface and user experience principles.

Back-End Development Skills:

• Programming Languages: Python, Java Script (Node.js), Java.
• Web Frameworks: Express.js, Spring Boot, or ASP.NET.
• Databases: SQL (My SQL, SQL Server).
• API Development: Creating and consuming RESTful.
• Server Administration: Basic understanding of server configuration and deployment.

Additional Skills:

• Version Control: Git or similar tools for managing code changes.
• Testing: Unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Deployment: Understanding of deployment processes and tools
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud providers like Azure.
• Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest technologies and trends.

Requirements:

• Middle-level experience of at least 2 years
• Good communication skills
• Disciplined and takes ownership of the assigned tasks
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
• A team player and is committed to finish the project on time.
• Enjoys helping other team members.
