About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Quipper as a GTM Strategy Associate and help us think and execute tactics to achieve the GTM Strategy.
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Associate to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and monitor sales campaigns, analyze key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to drive our sales strategies forward. You will be instrumental in maintaining data integrity within our CRM system, improving data accuracy, and ensuring efficient sales projections.
Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate important meetings, and keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activities. You will be reporting directly to the GTM Strategy Associate Manager and will be under the Business Operations and Strategy Department.
Responsibilities:

Sales Monitoring and Projection: Responsible for providing weekly updates on sales monitoring and projections, maintaining data integrity within the CRM system, implementing processes to enhance data accuracy and efficiency, and analyzing data to submit interpretation reports on a weekly basis.
Training and Support: Provides training and support to sales teams on new tools, processes, and strategies.
Market Analysis and Research: Prepares up-to-date reports on competitors' activities, including client demographics, market positioning, product offerings, and strategic initiatives.
Meeting Facilitation: Facilitates monthly and weekly Business Development (BD) meetings, and participates in cross-functional meetings across all departments in Quipper to share insights and foster collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in any field; (an MBA is advantageous but not required).
Must have at least 2 years of data analysis, project management and/or sales enablement/administration
Data Analysis: Knows intermediate to advance excel/google spreadsheet skills
Project Management: Proficiency in managing projects from inception to completion. This involves coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
Sales Enablement: Ability to develop tools and resources to support the sales team, such as training materials, presentations, and collateral.

Job Type: Full-time, Regular
Work Location: Hybrid Work Set-up (may be required to go to the office in Makati City once a week)
