Head of Information Technology - Infrastructure (ERP and MS Dynamics Nav) RETAIL INDUSTRY

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred.
- 10 + years of Progressive experience in IT Management, with a track record of successful Leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of Software Engineering best practices, including Agile development, Continuous integration and Deployment and Testing.
- Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Experience with managing IT networks across Philippines for Stores and Kiosks.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Proven project management skills and experience in managing complex IT projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge, experience and proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 platform (Azure, Power BI, Power Automate, Teams, Share Point etc.)
- Experience in training End Users
Work Setup - On site in Chino Roces, Makati
Work Schedule - Mondays to Fridays (8:30am to 6:00pm) and 12 Saturdays in a year (8:30 am to 3:00pm)
Salary Range - 100,000 - 150,000
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior Management to develop and align IT strategies with the Organization's Goals and Objectives.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year IT roadmap that includes Technology upgrades, System enhancements and Resource Planning.
- Oversee the Design, Implementation, and Maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems at both Head Office, Stores and Kiosks across Philippines.
- Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
- Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Allocate resources and monitor project progress.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the organization's data and systems.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and ensure the organization is well prepared to mitigate risks.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure cost effectiveness and performance.
- Develop and manage the IT department budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Ensure timely resolution of user issues and provide technical support when needed.
- Ensure IT policies, procedures, and practices comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Infrastructure Management: 10 years (Required)
- ERP systems: 5 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Dynamics Navision: 5 years (Preferred)
- Agile: 5 years (Preferred)
