Job Description:
The DCX Marketing Assistant at DCX is a varied and exciting role where you’ll be involved in supporting a dynamic, fun team, with team members located across the US, Europe, and the Philippines. Reporting to the Marketing Executive you’ll get to work on a wide range of projects, all supported by the awesome training and development programs run by DCX PH.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Assisting with Event management (reservations, planning and logistics, monitoring shipments, managing apparel orders).
Monitoring and managing Linked In inbox and connections.
Posting provided content on company and CEO Linked In accounts.
Supporting with the management of our Comms plan.
Scheduling Hub Spot emails and surveys.
Testing website forms and supporting other website updates.
Supporting with the creation of marketing assets.
Working with the team to keep our Marketing Asset list updated.
Updating scorecards (weekly).
Scheduling and attending meetings.
Monitoring and updating Asana boards.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Creative, Management, Marketing, or any related field.
Experience: At least two (2) years of direct experience in marketing assistance.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Strong exposure to Hub Spot and Asana is advantageous.
Industry-Specific Software/Knowledge:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb attention to detail.
Top-notch time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Linked In and Canva.
Experience with Hub Spot, Asana and Microsoft Teams are preferred.

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary Range: PHP 45,000

Job Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (US)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (US)
