Homebased Lead Generation Specialist

The DCX Client Services Home-Based Business Development Representative is a valued and essential part of the customer experience. You will be responsible for all backend project management while working closely with end users, sales executives, suppliers, and account managers to ensure a great customer service experience. You will also be responsible for helping the assigned sales executive develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and connecting with those clients to provide them with promotional product solutions.

Pay: Php37,500.00 per month

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES
- A highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, be flexible, and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Qualify inbound leads, assign them to the appropriate team, and ensure follow-up.
- Finds prospects for new business opportunities using Zoom Info, Hunter.io, Linked In, and other reliable data sources and uploads to Hub Spot.
- Conduct ongoing research to identify new leads and obtain contact information.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
- Achieve quarterly activity quotas
- Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of direct Customer Service and lead generation.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and Zoom Info is ideal.
- Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
- Direct experience in cold calling is a plus
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to diverse characters.
- Salary Range: Php 37,500

- Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
- Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
