Job Responsibilities:

Policy and Contracts Administration
- Development and administration of Contracts with third parties.
- Review, with legal team, contracts with third-party service providers.
- Custodian and management of assets such as building, equipment, vehicles, furniture, appliances.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of the company assets and facilities.
- Management and maintenance of office premises.
- Oversee property management and operational requirements including licensing, permits, utility requirements (electricity, water, internet, communications, etc.).
- Liaise with government agencies and ensure compliance and renewal of all business licenses requirements of the company.
- Perform general clerical cum administration support including mail-outs, photocopying, filing, and equipment supplies.
- Collect titles, registration, licenses and pertinent documents of assets such as vehicles, equipment, furniture, appliances, etc.
- Process property management requirements including licensing, insurance, utilities such as electricity, water, internet, communication, etc.
- Liaise with law practitioners on all legal requirements of the company.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Office Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or any related courses.
- Preferably have 1 to 3 years of experience in in the field of Office Administration and Human Resources
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills
- Computer Literate (MS Office application, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledgeable in all government filings and deadlines, labor and statutory reports processing of certifications, licenses and permits, hands-on office administration, is an advantage.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Works well under pressure and can work with minimum supervision.
