We are seeking a dedicated HR and Admin Assistant to join our team at Luck Garden Seafood Restaurant. This role is vital in supporting the HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations, and fostering a positive work environment.
Human Resources Duties:
- Posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes, including preparing contracts and conducting orientations.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Preparing payroll data and verifying attendance records.
- Address employee inquiries and escalate issues to HR management when necessary.
- Support initiatives to maintain a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Assist in monitoring general office administration, including managing supplies, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Prepare and submit administrative and HR reports as required.
- Coordinate staff schedules and support the management team in day-to-day operations.
- Serve as a point of contact between management and employees.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Required)
