- End-to-end process of timekeeping
- HMO Enrollment
- Offboarding of resigned employees
- Annual Performance Management for Regular Employees
- People relations - client calls and staff catch-ups
- Ad-hoc duties whenever necessary
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Psychology or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field
- Experience in a BPO is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws
- Knowledge in Sprout, Salesforce, Mail Chimp, and Canva is a plus
- Must have an experience with any timekeeping system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Share Point
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be resourceful and have very good analytical and leadership skills
- Must be outgoing and skilled at interpersonal interaction
- Must be able to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Must be reliable and results oriented
- Should have great attention to detail
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule as required
- Must be amenable to work at our office in IBM Plaza, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
