Frontline Accounting

Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our
team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities
will include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilizing your experience working with an Australian tax firm to provide
efficient administrative support.
  • Demonstrating familiarity with ATO (Australian Taxation Office) and
ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) regulations
and procedures.

  • Exhibiting excellent time management and communication skills to
effectively coordinate tasks and interact with clients and team
members.

  • Handling accounts receivable tasks proficiently alongside with internal
billing.
  • Utilizing software such as Workflow Max, Excel, Word, and Outlook to
maintain records, generate reports, and facilitate communication.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience working with an Australian tax firm.
  • Knowledgeable or familiar with ATO and ASIC regulations.
  • Strong time management and communication skills (professional
written and verbal communication with clients and team members).
  • Highly organized with workflow, daily and periodic tasks
  • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven and exhibits a proactive approach to tasks and assistance
to the team.
  • Ability to handle accounts receivable tasks efficiently.
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new tools and software.
  • Proficiency in software such as Workflow Max, Excel, Word, and Outlook
is advantageous.
  • Capable of working effectively within a team.
  • Must be willing to work on fixed AU shift, Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection with sufficient speed
for remote work.
