- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Entry-level: 1-3 years of experience in human resources or related roles.
- Experience in Specific HR Functions: Experience in areas like recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Strong Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws: This includes the Labor Code of the Philippines, DOLE guidelines, and familiarity with legal frameworks such as Social Security System (SSS), Pag-IBIG, Phil Health, and other government-mandated benefits.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate with employees at all levels, including cross-cultural communication if working in multinational companies.
- Conflict Resolution: Skills in handling employee disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Problem-solving and Decision-making: Ability to address HR challenges and make decisions based on both legal and organizational perspectives.
- Familiarity with HR Systems: Knowledge of HRIS or payroll systems like SAP, Oracle, or local platforms.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in administering payroll, benefits, and compliance documentation.
- Time Management and Organizational Skills: Managing multiple HR processes efficiently.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing end-to-end recruitment and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Payroll Administration: Calculating salaries, handling deductions (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Phil Health), and ensuring timely disbursement.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Handling employee grievances, ensuring workplace harmony, and leading engagement programs.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, safety standards, and government regulations.
- Training and Development: Organizing employee development programs based on organizational needs.
A strong understanding of:
- DOLE regulations
- SSS, Pag-IBIG, and Phil Health requirements
- Government-mandated benefits and taxes
- Local labor laws, especially concerning termination, minimum wage, and working conditions
Benefits:
