The HR Intern will be involved in all areas of personnel administration in support of the HR Executive. Will perform administrative HR and Admin tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day HR administrative support
• Conduct 201 filing and inventory of supplies.
• Collate and organize HR and employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality while performing the activity
• Provide assistance on HR/Admin initiated activities.
• Perform other HR related tasks that may be required as needed

Job Requirements

• Preferably graduating students of AB / BS in Human Resources, Psychology, Business /Office Administration or similar and equivalent course
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point
• Organized, detailed oriented and can communicate clearly
• Can handle and can be trusted with personal, sensitive and confidential information
• With basic knowledge of labor law is an advantage
• Willing to work in Makati City, onsite work arrangement
