Leads the HR Administration Team in ensuring that appropriate management and support is provided to deliver expectations on Compensation, Benefits, and other HR Processes.
COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT
1. Manages implementation of Annual Increment, Bonus and Budget
· Ensures timely delivery of Incentive, Payroll Payout, Annual Increment and Bonus
· Ensures compliance to approved policy and standard processes
2. Assists HR Head on defining strategy for CMP compensation such as the following:
· Creation and analysis of salary range
· Participation to total renumeration survey to develop competitive remuneration package
· Monitors internal and the emerging external compensation trends
EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
1. Ensures efficient delivery of Employee Welfare and Benefits
2. Participates on surveys in line with corporate policies and local requirements to propose and develop benefits enhancement that will attract and retain talents.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
1. Keeps management informed and up to date on changes and updates of Philippine labor laws, arbitrations decisions and jurisprudence
2. Manages overall process of any employee/labor cases ensuring that due process is carried out
3. Assists the HR Head in upholding CMP’s policies, procedures, and values
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
1. Oversees the Recruitment and Selection process, ensuring that timelines and commitments are delivered for all manpower requirements
HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM
EXPAT MANAGEMENT:
1. Ensures completion of all Expat documents i.e., 9G visa processing, Alien Certification Permit (ACR) and Alien Employment Permit (AEP), following the prescribed lead time for each document.
2. Coordinates with different business units for other Expat requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:Graduate of Behavioral Science or another equivalent course
Experience: At least 5 years’ experience as a full-pledged HR Manager
Skills:Computer literate, knowledgeable on Philippine labor laws, adept in compensation and benefits standard in the Philippines as well as implementation practices for salary/compensation review
Others: Excellent communication skills, above-average decision-making skills. Highly analytical and with high integrity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
