QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resources

• Must have at least 2 years of working experience in the related field

• Must have at least 2 years of working experience in recruitment, timekeeping, and Employee relations

• Overall purpose: Oversee HR Functions, Monitor the employees' performance, Knowledgeable in other HR Facets such as Labor Relations, Timekeeping, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits, Coordinate with the management and team to implement policies

• Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
