HR Specialty Servicing Professional – Payroll

JOB DESCRIPTION
You’ll help us maintain an efficient payroll process that complies with all company and government regulations. You will be reporting to a Payroll Manager under HR Global Operations, Philippines HR Payroll function.

As a HR Specialty Servicing Professional within the Payroll team, you will be responsible for processing the company payroll by ensuring that all payments and deductions are accurate and on time.
Job responsibilities:
  • Handle timekeeping data and analytics.
  • Assist the payroll team in delivering payroll reports within the prescribed service levels.
  • Handle final pay and retirement releasing operations.
  • Manage third party vendors in the delivery of monthly retirement funding.
  • Responsible for the monthly, quarterly & annual BIR and DOLE regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Responsible for overseeing the tax update, manual payroll inputs and final pay processing of employees every payout
  • Review and reconcile post-payroll reports
  • Handle case management and employee inquiries/concerns
  • Initiate process enhancements, transformation, and digitization
  • Perform duties that are required from time to time

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Must be a Bachelor’s/College Degree graduate in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or its equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in end-to-end PH Payroll Administration from a similar fast-paced industry (Shared Service/ BPO/ International Company) required
  • Extensive experience in statutory regulatory reporting requirements
  • Ability to deal with employees from varying organizational levels
  • With strong leadership skills
  • With effective multitasking ability, project management and stress management skills
  • Has strong interpersonal, written & communication skills
  • Advanced critical thinking, problem solving skills and meticulous attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Proactive, resourceful, analytical and willing to invest long working hours in a fast-paced environment
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Understanding and knowledge of Finance and Taxation Processing an advantage
