Job Summary:
Provides supervision and technical assistance in planning, scheduling, and monitoring of recruitment and selection process, training and development, benefits administration, and performance evaluation and other related functions.
Job Functions:
1. Receives and reviews manpower requisition from different departments and ensures the prompt delivery of manpower requirements.
2. Prepares, monitors and updates Job descriptions of employees
3. Coordinates with different departments for the implementation of internal and external trainings and prepares training plan and calendar for the whole year.
4. Checks and monitors training and development process in the company both internal and external.
5. Assists and conducts training facilitation based from the identified training every year.
6. Provides assistance in the medical needs of the employees
7. Provides assistance in benefits administration including mandated government benefits (BIR, DOLE, SSS Philhealth and Pag-ibig).
8. Reviews and monitors Employee's performance appraisal of direct employees.
9. Provides assistance in employee's recreational and social activities
10 Supervises subordinates when it comes to HR Related matters.
11. Conducts performance evaluation review and rating of subordinates
12. Facilitates review and implementation of Policies and related regulations of HR.
13. Provides support and assistance with regards to employee labor management aspects.
14. Responsible in supervising and handling employees Disciplinary Procedures
15. Performs other related functions such as administrative matters as maybe required by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or any HR related course
• at least 1-3 years' experience as HR Supervisor
• at least 3 years' working experience in handling all facets of HR from Manufacturing company
• with professional oral and written communication skills
• with good interpersonal and leadership skills

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
