1. Prepares reports and monitors the actual Subcon manpower, WIP Status and Daily delivery to ANMP and other related documentation for regular submission to immediate superior.
2. Monitors the turn-around time schedule of items issued to subcontractors and to our ANMP San Carlos Branch to ensure on time delivery to our customers.
3. Recommendation actions on rejected items, delayed deliveries and charging on orders subject for replacement and communicate to other Dept. concern.
4. Responsible in preparing the data needed in the Monthly Subcon Meeting to discuss their weekly, monthly and cumulative delivery and quality performance.
5. Responsible in making Travel Authorization and bookings for employees need to do Official Business Trip.
6. Responsible in processing of renewal of Service Agreement of Subcontractors yearly.
7. Responsible in filing, keeping and monitoring of Service Agreement and other related requirements such as: permits and licenses of Subcontractors and monitor them based on expiration and renewal date
8. In-charge of making Request for Approvals for the Top Management for projects and other activities within the Department
9. Prepares monthly inventory and Quantity Movement reports to be submitted to accounting department monthly
10. Performs other related functions that maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
