Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, such as recruitment, employee relations, training and payroll.
• Experience in banking or financial institutions is an advantage but not required.

Skills:

• Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance
• Manage employee relations and performance evaluations
