Human Resource Staff - Parañaque City
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource professional to join our team in Parañaque City.
Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources
• Resides in or near Parañaque City
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Tagalog
• Strong team player with a positive personality
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll processing
• Manage inventory
• Prepare monthly expense reports
• Generate and submit various reports, including damage reports
• Conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
