Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate HR Specialist to play a dual role within our organization. This individual will not only manage internal HR matters but also serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking our HR services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to enhancing client and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support:
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and Batal HR Services, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of inquiries related to our HR offerings.
  • Provide insightful support and guidance to clients on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training processes for clients' employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into their respective roles.
  • Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Perform as a team player in all of the company's line of services offered to clients.
Internal HR Management:
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview coordination.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Employee Relations:
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and training programs aimed at enhancing workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that contribute to employee satisfaction and retention.
Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and trends to inform management decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on client support or customer service in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A compassionate approach to problem-solving and a genuine desire to support others.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
