Timekeeping

• Checks and records employee payroll data.
• Ensures accuracy of data submitted prior to payroll processing.
• Coordinates with payroll accountant to address payroll concerns.

Compensation and Benefits

• Assist employees on their loan applications both on SSS and Pag-ibig.
• Monitor employee's loan deductions.
• Preparation of payment for Government Remittances.
• Safe keeping of Loan and Remittances Record.

Employee Relations

• Acts as project leader for every company event.
• Implement Company Policies, as stated on the Employee Handbook.
• Issuance of Disciplinary Actions.
• Accommodate guests, clients, and visitors upon arrival.

Information Security

• Handling of Confidential Information.
• Safe keeping of Information Devices.

Administrative Tasks

• Preparation of Payment for Company Utilities.
• Preparation of Payment for President's Utilities.
• Point person for Office, Janitorial and Pantry Supplies monitoring.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
