Responsibilities:
Recruitment

• Screen and sort applications received
• Invite applicants for interviews
• Conduct interviews and assess applicants suitability for the post
• Coordinate with the Training Department for applicant’s training schedule
• Maintain the social media accounts of the company

Employee Relations

• Assist employees with their government requirements
• Manage the bank accounts of the employees
• Prepare assessments, certificates, contracts and renewals of contracts, and other paperwork that may be required
• Process working visas and AEP (knowledge in this area is preferred)
• Maintain employee confidence and protect the operations by keeping all the Human Resource information confidential

General HR Tasks

• Maintain HR trackers and files
• Help the HR Head make daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the stats
• Process work permits forms in any case necessary
• Assist all documentation and improvements for the company
• Fulfill other tasks that may be assigned by the HR Head

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or an equivalent
• Must have good command of the English language
• Must be proficient in Skype, MS Office, Google Sheets
• Must be willing to be trained
• Must be a team player
• Must have a competitive attitude
• Willing to work onsite in the morning shift (9 AM to 6 PM) from Tuesday to Saturday

The following are a plus but are not required:

• Experience in the ESL/EFL Industry
• Knowledge in Facebook Analytics and social media management
• Designing advertisements
• Creating content for social media

Work Schedule:

• Tuesday to Saturday
• 9 AM to 6 PM
• Rest days: Sunday to Monday
• No work on Philippine holidays (If the holiday falls on your off-day, you can offset the holiday)
