Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Incident Manager in Muntinlupa City with some flexibility for remote work. The Incident Manager will be responsible for managing and resolving IT incidents, coordinating incident response efforts, implementing problem management processes, providing technical support, and applying analytical skills to improve incident handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Atleast 3 years of Experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management and Incident Response skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- With In depth knowledge on ITIL Incident Management
- Technical Support experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Relevant IT certifications
- Experience with ITSM tools like Service Now is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
