Job Overview:
As the Influencer Outreach and Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for growing our network of influencers and content creators, helping them reach new audiences through USWC’s global platform. This dual-role involves attracting influencers to promote our brand while also working with content creators to ensure their content is uploaded and optimized for success. You’ll also be managing affiliate links, monitoring engagement, and ensuring seamless coordination between creators and our platform.
Key Responsibilities:Influencer Outreach:

• Identify and recruit influencers to promote U.S. WEED CHANNEL and its content.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers to drive ongoing engagement and collaboration.
• Set up and manage affiliate links for influencers, tracking performance and engagement.

Content Creator Outreach:

• Attract content creators to upload their content to USWC, expanding our library of cannabis-related programming.
• Coordinate the content upload process, ensuring it aligns with platform standards.
• Provide support to creators, helping them optimize their content for our audience and tools.

General:

• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, affiliate success) to optimize future outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on influencer campaigns and content strategy.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring influencers and creators understand and align with USWC’s values.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or content coordination.
• Strong understanding of influencer and content creator ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-lasting partnerships.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and affiliate marketing tools.
• Ability to track metrics and report on performance.
