Job Requirements:

2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on influencer marketing and partnership management.
Proven success in managing influencer relationships and executing influencer campaigns.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube) and influencer marketing best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse influencer personalities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing multiple influencer partnerships simultaneously.

Core responsibilities:

Identify, research, and source influencers across platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.) who align with the brands goals and target audience.
Perform in-depth analysis of influencer profiles to assess reach, engagement, and overall brand fit.
Develop and maintain a database of potential influencers and partnerships for future campaigns.
Initiate and nurture relationships with influencers through personalized outreach, negotiation, and contract management.
Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that aligns with the brands marketing strategy and messaging.
Act as the main point of contact for influencers, handling all communications and ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Assist in the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring that influencers deliver content on time and in accordance with campaign guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of influencer contracts, payments, and content schedules.
Provide ongoing support for influencer initiatives, including tracking KPIs, compiling campaign reports, and analyzing ROI.
