Job Summary
The responsibilities of the inventory analyst include managing inventory items, controlling day-to-day inventory operations, and implementing inventory control protocols.
What are the Key Responsibilities?

• Allocating inventory to the correct departments as it comes into the warehouse and arranging for pickups and shipments.
• Performing extensive research on a wide range of inventory-related reports, from previous inventory reports to national purchasing trends.
• Drafting inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data.
• Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control.
• Supervises Inventory Analyst, Industrial Engineers and Documentation Clerks in recording information
• Records incoming and outgoing stocks, records variances and breakages that could affect the accuracy of the inventory

What are the Skills Qualifications?

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in inventory management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to ensure smooth product supply and healthy inventory count.
• Has background in inventory planning & experience in a system-based inventory maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
