ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Maintenance of all computer and printer company-owned units
Install computer software and hardware
Repair computer and printer damages including reformat
Responsible for computer networking
Assembles and setting up computer units including accessories
Follow existing asset management procedures before deploying company IT equipment
Create weekly and monthly monitoring reports on the assigned task
Knowledgeable in MS 365 and Google Workspace Administration
Must have knowledge in TCP/IP suite; Network (WAN/LAN/WLAN), VPN, Remote Administration and Internet Service (HTTP, DNS, DHCP, FTP and SMTP)
Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN's remote implementation, troubleshooting and problem solution is preferred
Ability to set up and configure server hardware and software
Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering
Must have at least 5 years of experience
Skills/Abilities: Communication, Problem-solving, Resourcefulness, Perseverance, and Creativity

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

Required knowledge: Microsoft Office (word and excel), Adobe products, Word Press, Magento
