The IT Systems Analyst/Engineer will play a crucial role in the company's IT department, focusing on the development, implementation, and management of IT systems. This individual will ensure that the technology infrastructure supports the organization’s business operations and strategic goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are advantageous.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems analysis, development, and engineering.
• Proven track record of developing systems and collaborating with IT vendors on system implementation projects.
• Experience managing the full system lifecycle, from initial implementation of system and software through to ongoing maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to develop custom systems or implement systems provided by headquarters.

Technical Skills:

• Strong IT knowledge and experience with system development, including software and hardware.
• Proficiency in programming languages, databases, and system management tools relevant to system development and implementation.
• Experience with various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and networking protocols.
• Ability to oversee and handle complex system integrations beyond basic help desk support.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on resolving technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
