Qualifications
· Graduate of BS Information Technology or any equivalent discipline.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing company
· Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
· Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers
· Experience with virtualization system (e.g., VMware)
· Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
Obtain professional certificate is an advantage (CCNP, H3CNE, VCP, MCSE, MCITP, RHCE, OCP, EMCSA)
Responsibilities
· Manage and monitor all installed IT systems and infrastructure such as local area networks and wide area networks
· Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, network, and system problems
· Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required
· Replacing faulty network hardware components when required
· Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
· Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
· Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
· Collaborate with programmers and developers to achieve set objectives
· Other reasonable duties as assigned
