Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the verification and processing of payments
• Assures timely validation of invoices and processing of payments for Non-PO Goods and Services.
• Responsible in the verification and processing of employees advances, reimbursement/benefits and other related to employee welfare and development.
• Analysis and reconciliation of related accounts
• Monitoring and booking of monthly accrual on related expenses.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess BS in Accountancy (passed licensure examination is an advantage)
• With 2-4 years of work related experience in accounting.
• Oracle and Notes experience preferred but knowledge of other ERP management systems is acceptable
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Demonstrates strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to details.
