Responsibilities:

• Assisting our Philippines, India, and US employee’s IT infrastructure through remote and on-call support
• Maintaining a high level of IT incident management, keeping track of each issue reported and solution, TAT of closing the ticket, and maintaining Kbase for technician's reference
• Reduce operational risk by making sure the IT policies are implemented and systems are fully covered with Antivirus, firewall, and other group policy restrictions, etc.
• Following strict HIPAA guidelines and enforcing the same via different IT initiatives which includes IT audits.
• Maintaining the highest degree of focus with (Office 365 login creation, deletion, and management, VOIP issues to be handled and Technical issues related to computer desktop / Laptop / Client provided applications to be resolved
• Working closely with the Operations team to ensure all software-related issues are fixed both internally and externally
• Maintaining thorough professionalism and patience while communicating with users directly and over the call support
• Willingness to work on the Night shift | Should be a thorough team player | Maintaining a record of Handover and Takeover ( HOTO ) on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field in computing
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration, VOIP systems, and desktop/laptop support
• Ability to handle technical issues efficiently, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with IT audits and risk management to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other IT policies
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism when dealing with users
• Willingness to work night shifts** and manage handover processes
