We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Officer to provide our Sales Teams with the technical support they need to succeed.
Job Description: We are seeking skilled and proactive Technical Support Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales teams by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to sales teams
• Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client needs and offer technical solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients and sales teams.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and sales materials.
• Stay updated with the latest product developments and industry trends.
• Liaise with the engineering and product development teams to resolve technical issues.
• Train sales staff on new products and technologies.
• Maintain a knowledge base of common technical issues and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Graduates of I.T., C.S., Eng'g or any Technical course may apply
• 1-2 years of experience in preferred but not necessary
• Fresh graduates may apply
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using technical support software and tools.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
