Japanese Translator / Admin Assistant

Job Description:
Japanese Language Specialist
1. Translate both verbal and written during Teams Meeting, Trainings, discussions, and other documents from Japanese to English or Tagalog and vice versa.
2. Assists Japanese Staff for all transactions and dealings requiring translations and interpretations.
Admin Assistant
Whenever there are no translation works, you will be also handling administrative tasks such as:
1. Assist the other departments with admin / clerical works, maintain a filing system,
2. Responsible for the incoming and outgoing phone calls.
3. Organized and schedule appointments / meetings and take detailed minutes.
Qualifications:
- Preferably with Japanese Language formal study/ training
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Japanese & English)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Should willing to start as soon as possible.
- Amenable to work in Kapitolyo, Pasig.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
