Key Role
The designer who understands site information, research, and customer traffic flow provided by Client and use insights to develop an effective & efficient store interior design.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop furniture layouts that meet seat capacity and observe standard clearances
• Develop detailed plans and 3D models in CAD softwares in line with company standards & procedures
• Present proposal plans, elevations, spot/detail drawings and supporting visuals in neat and orderly manner
• Ensure Brand requirements & marketing visuals are represented in the interior
• Present revisions and iterations with short turnaround time
• Propose and present material, furniture, and fixture specifications
• Propose and present material swatch boards

Qualifications

• College degree or certificate in Interior Design (0-2 years job experience)
• License in Interior Design under Philippines laws (preferred, not required)
• Pays attention to detail and respects written plans & specifications
• Quick to recognize problems and adept in contributing solutions
• Must be able to work with a team, carries a good attitude, and can endure the requirements of the job
• Has effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must be residing in Metro Manila and willing to work in Makati office

Software Capability (The Studio is supported by Mac OS and computers)Basic Requirements

• Sketch Up & Layout
• Auto CAD
• Mac OS Pages & Keynote, MS Office

Preferred Additional Skills

• 3D rendering (from Sketch Up or Auto CAD)
